SB Intuitions Corp. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Hironobu Tamba; “SB Intuitions”) has decided to introduce a working doctoral program for supporting employees aspiring to gain doctorates while working.
This program, which is designed to nurture human resources at the heart of the company's research and development efforts, enables employees to strive for academic degrees while they work. The Company will assist with some tuition fees for students seeking science doctorate degrees in the targeted research field of AI technology.
With this program, the Company seeks to strengthen its R&D capabilities and ensure that its technology and services contribute to the everyday lives and businesses of even more of our customers.

- AI technology
*In principle, research themes will be related to work tasks and limited to content that contributes to work tasks while in study.
【Program details】
- Financial assistance
- Maximum 1 million yen per semester (2 million yen annually)
【Costs covered】
- Entrance fees
- Entrance exam fees
- Tuition fees
【Work arrangements】
- Special paid leave
- Up to one day per week (leave can also be taken twice a week on a half-day basis)
- Up to four days per month

- Permanent employees of SB Intuitions Corp.

- Employees must have completed probation period at time of applying
- Candidates passing exams
