SoftBank Corp. today announced the completion of its NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD system, featuring over 4,000 NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs within NVIDIA DGX B200 systems, on July 22, 2025. This AI compute infrastructure represents the world's largest in terms of computational capability for an NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD composed of NVIDIA DGX B200 systems.*1
SB Intuitions plans to commercially launch its 70-billion parameter LLM, “Sarashina mini,” within fiscal year 2025. By leveraging this newly enhanced AI compute infrastructure, SB Intuitions will accelerate the development of even larger and more powerful models through the continuous learning of multiple high-performance Sarashina mini models.
