SB Intuitions Launches Free Beta Version of “Sarashina Service,” Providing Homegrown Generative AI “Sarashina”

SB Intuitions Corp. (“SB Intuitions”) today launched a free beta version of “Sarashina Service,” which provides online access to its homegrown generative AI, “Sarashina.” The service makes API access to six AI models—“Sarashina3 mini,” “Sarashina3 nano,” “Sarashina3 embedding,” “Sarashina3 rerank,” “Sarashina3 guard,” and “Sarashina3 translate”—and web-based chat functionality for AI conversations and translation available to the general public.
The API functionality of Sarashina Service can be used to implement AI in systems and services, while the chat functionality allows users to experience the models’ responses firsthand. Using the API functionality to integrate AI models into users’ systems enables not only technical evaluation by developers and IT engineers, but also assessment of whether Sarashina’s AI models meet users’ intended needs, while helping them envision specific usage scenarios for services incorporating these models.
Through the free beta version of Sarashina Service, SB Intuitions will collect and analyze usage information and user feedback to inform future product development and feature enhancements.

Development Background
In recent years, corporate use of AI has expanded from proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to integration into companies’ own systems and services, increasing demand for the ability to build practical AI systems easily and quickly using APIs.
